Typhoon Maysak (Tropical depression Julian) heading for KOREA

Tropical Depression Julian was created in waters east of the Philippines.

According to the Philippine Meteorological Administration, Julian, a tropical depression, will grow into a tropical storm at 8 a.m. on August 29 (local time in the Philippines).
The tropical storm rating of the Philippines is equivalent to a typhoon in Korea.

This is the 9th typhoon, Maysak.

Typhoon Maysak’s expected route is expected to move north and come to South Korea.

If you look at the overseas typhoon Maysak’s travel path, it shows the same route.

Typhoon Maysak is expected to develop up to Category 3.

The expected route of the typhoon is highly variable, so let’s hope it will not come to Korea with any changes.

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA), Julian, a tropical depression, grew into the 9th typhoon Maisak at 3 p.m. on August 28 (Korea Standard Time).

Typhoon Maysak’s expected route of travel is still flexible.
It remains to be seen whether it will penetrate Korea or move away from Korea.
