The one of biggest festival of Seoul, Hi Seoul Festival 2010 has been postponed.
It had scheduled on May, but canceled. Reason is a sinking of the Korea Navy patrol boat , we lost more than 50 crews.
I guess this festival will be set up again on Sep.
