They are using 14 separate criteria that help to define a city.
I found Seoul is on 19th place.
Seoul has good score about underground railway.
but has bad score about guide things.
It show us that Seoul has good transportation system. I am agree with that, but Seoul need to set up some kind of guide system or information system for foreigner.
I wish that foreigner can visit, travel without travel agency and without guide person.
Anyway 19th rank, I think, Not Bad.
