Korea in Motion is a non-verbal performance festival.
Music, martial arts, dance and physical comedy, you can enjoy without problem of language.
Frankly I have not seen this kind of performance.
I guess foreigner or tourist spend time to enjoy non-verbal performance more than Korean in Korea.
Anyway you can meet world class non-verbal performance like the Nanta.
