Busan lotus lantern festival 2022 will be held from April 22 to May 8.
It is a festival where you can see Korean Buddhist culture along with the Lotus Lantern Festival in Seoul.

The Busan Lotus Lantern Festival is an annual tradition that provides visitors with an opportunity to experience Buddhist culture through the many activities offered. To celebrate Buddha’s birthday, splendid lotus lanterns in different shapes and sizes are on display. The main events are the Grand Buddhist Ceremony and the Lotus Lantern Parade, both of which attract a lot of spectators regardless of their personal religous beliefs.

Busan Lotus Lantern Cultural Festival

Lanterns will be on display at Songsanghyeon Square in Busan from 22 April to 8 May.
The opening lighting ceremony will take place at 7 p.m. on April 22.

Busan Lotus Lantern Parade

The lantern parade starts at 7:30 p.m. on April 20.
A parade will be held from Busan Citizens Park to Song Sang-hyeon Square and the estimated time required is about 3 hours.

If you stay in Busan during the Busan Lantern Festival, I recommend you to go see the lanterns.
If you can see the lantern parade on April 30, you will have better memorie and pictures.
