Stranger Season 2
KOREA TITLE : Bimileui Sup 2 (MEANNING IS Secret Forest)
K-Drama Stranger, which aired in 2017 and became a big hit, will be released soon.
Such criminal investigation dramas are not often very popular in Korea. Stranger Season 1 was even more surprised to see that it was the first film with a solid scenario of rookie writer Lee Soo-yeon, and it was a drama that featured actor Cho Seung-woo‘s acting.
In Korea, dramas are rarely produced on a seasonal basis.
It is right to say that this Stranger drama is not a seasonal series but a sequel.
I’m worried because the drama of the sequel doesn’t continue to be popular.
Still, I am looking forward to Stranger Season 2 because I have no doubt about Cho Seung-woo, Bae Doo-na, and Jeon Hye-jin‘s acting skills.
Cho Seung-woo’s character is Hwang Si-mok, a prosecutor who is not feeling emotional due to the aftereffects of brain surgery, and Bae Doo-na’s character detective Han Yeo-jin showed a change, but I wonder how the relationship will proceed in season 2.
It will be aired on tvN following It’s Okay to Not Be Okay, and it will be distributed on Netflix.
If you haven’t seen season 1 of Stranger, I recommend you to watch it before season 2 airs on Netflix.
Stranger Season 2 starts airing on August 15.
We look forward to the scenario of writer Lee Soo-yeon shown in Stranger Season 1.
