Kkom-Jang-Eo-Gu-I

meaning is “Inshore hagfish”, meaning is “Grill”.

Kkomjangeo

Take off skin and intestine of inshore hagfish,  mix with source and charcoal grilled.
Source is not spicy, but sweet a little bit.

Usually Korean like to eat with Soju or Beer.
If you have chance, try this food. I think not easy to get chance to eat the food of inshore hagfish in another country.

P.S : I still confuse about ‘Grill’, ‘Barbecue’.
Korean dose not separate grill and barbecue, we just call “Gui”.
So “Gui” can be grilled, barbecue and broiled..
